For Credit Card charge inquiries, please include the last four digits of your card and the transaction date.

Remember we authorize all cards for $50 – so if you use a debit card as a credit card, you may see it posted by your bank; they usually will delete it within 5 days.  Butch’s didn’t get the money, your bank or credit union still has it, and only they have the power to release it.
