Book a Large Party Reservation | Inquiry
We’re excited to roll out this new feature for large party inquiries at Butch McGuire’s — we’re currently testing it to streamline group bookings!
Important: This is strictly an inquiry — not a confirmed reservation.
Submitting the form and completing the initial payment does not guarantee your booking or secure a table/space. We will review your request and contact you (via email or phone) with a separate confirmation if approved. If you do not receive confirmation from us, your party is not reserved — please do not assume availability.
Reservation Fee Details
To submit your inquiry, a reservation fee (amount shown on the form) is required. This fee may vary depending on the requested day, time, other events, or holidays — we’ll display the exact amount before you pay.
The fee is initially held/saved on your card and is not charged at the time of submission.
If we do not confirm your reservation (e.g., due to availability or other reasons), the held amount will be released/refunded automatically (no charge occurs).
If we approve and confirm your reservation, the fee will then be charged and becomes a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your booking.
This fee is collected solely to process and hold your inquiry — it does not apply toward food, beverages, taxes, gratuity, or any other event costs. All those will be handled and collected separately on the day of your event at the location.
Group Size Guidelines
Minimum: 6 people
Maximum: 18 people

Sat. 10 a.m. – 5 a.m. Brunch ’till 2 p.m.
Sun. 10 a.m. – 4 a.m. Brunch ’till 2 p.m.
Kitchen Closes 9 p.m. on Sun-Wed.
Kitchen Closes 10 p.m. Thurs-Sat.
